CelVak (celvak.com) is operated by Parent Vertical LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use CelVak and products sold through it, such as the HeyVoz front desk.
Your email and name; your business details (name, type, hours, the questions and answers you give the front desk, preferred language); your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts; the messages your customers send your front desk and its replies; and usage and billing records. We do not store card numbers: payments are handled by our checkout.
To run and improve the service, answer your customers on your behalf, send you sign-in codes, receipts and front-desk alerts, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
We only text your mobile number after you agree. Reply STOP at any time to stop. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
When you join a list to hear when a product is ready for you (for example at celvak.com/join/heyvoz), we keep your name, email, business name and type, your mobile number if you give it, your preferred language, your note, where you heard about us, and, only if you tick the box, your agreement to get texts, with its exact wording and the time. We use them only to contact you about that product and to invite you to set it up. We don't sell them or share them for anyone else's marketing. We count sign-ups from each internet address to stop abuse, but we don't store the address itself. We keep your details for up to two years, or until you ask us to remove them: write to support@celvak.com, or reply STOP to any text.
En español: cuando te anotas en una lista para saber cuándo un producto está listo para ti (por ejemplo en celvak.com/join/heyvoz), guardamos tu nombre, correo, nombre y tipo de negocio, tu celular si nos lo das, tu idioma preferido, tu nota, cómo nos conociste y, solo si marcas la casilla, tu aceptación para recibir mensajes de texto, con su texto exacto y la hora. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run CelVak (hosting, AI model processing, message and email delivery, payments), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires.
Data is stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in sessions and API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account removes its data, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
