CelVak (celvak.com) is operated by Parent Vertical LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using CelVak, or a product sold through it such as the HeyVoz front desk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CelVak is where a business signs up and sets up its AI: the knowledge and tools it answers from, and the channels its customers use to reach it (text messages, web chat, email and others). HeyVoz is an AI front desk that answers customer messages in English and Spanish from the information you give it and takes booking requests for you to confirm.
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the accuracy of the business information, hours and answers you give the front desk.
A new business can try the HeyVoz front desk free for 14 days, once per account and per owner mobile number, with no card and within the trial's limits. When the trial ends the front desk pauses; nothing is ever charged automatically. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our checkout. You can cancel at any time; your front desk stops at the end of the paid period.
If you give us your mobile number and agree, we text you about your front desk (for example, new booking requests). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. You must have your customers' permission before your front desk texts them, and you must honor their requests to stop.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to send malware, and do not interfere with its operation.
The front desk answers from the information you provide and can make mistakes. Review its answers, keep your information current, and confirm bookings yourself.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Parent Vertical LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
